Terms and Conditions

We will negotiate turnaround time to meet your needs. Your ultimate satisfaction is GrafixASAP’s primary goal. Satisfaction is guaranteed.

  • We accept money order, check or paypal.
  • 2 revisions are included per job.
  • Multiple file formats will be provided. A CD or DVD of your entire file will be provided for the cost of shipping with receipt of your full payment. If you have special format requirements, please let us know in advance.
  • For an additional charge, emergency graphics are available after normal business hours until the job is complete. On-site graphics are also available for an additional charge.
  • Pricing is negotiable and we believe in fair trade. Flexibility is part of our outstanding service.

Unless other arrangements are made in writing, the terms and conditions are as follows:

Customer is billed at a rate of $35.00 USD per hour for all services rendered. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Time is rounded up to the nearest quarter hour. Minimum art charge is $35.00 USD or one hour. Please make checks and money orders payable to Aimee Charbeneau. Bounced checks are subject to a $50.00USD fee in addition to the original amount of the invoice multiplied by 3. Mileage is billed at $3.50 per mile. Invoices that are more than 14 days past due are subject to a late fee of 20% of the total bill every 7 days (5 business days). Maximum of 2 revisions per job (not including errors at GrafixASAP’s fault), each additional revision is subject to the minimum art charge. Acknowledgment and acceptance of final proof will be required for jobs to be completed. All sales are final. Orders totaling over $100 are required to have a 50% down payment at the time of final proof. Rush charges apply to jobs required in less than 24 hours and orders requesting immediate attention from 10pm to 8am EST.
